• Site: A fellowship hall, community center, or suitable
facility
• Audience: From 25 to 50 faith and community
leaders
• Publicity/Media: We will supply a mail-out flyer;
additional advertising is up to you
• Audio-Visual Equipment: TV/VCR, flip chart,
microphone, podium, overhead projector, screen, CD player, 2 utility
tables
• Meals: Continental breakfast and lunch
• Trainer fees: A flat fee or honorarium for trainers.
Trinity HIV Prevention Services, Inc. will provide the trainers,
training supplies, and copies of Affirming a Future with Hope,
as well as a Certificate of Achievement for the host and participants.
